Hilton Bath City Hotel

This hotel is one of my favorite places- not only for its location, friendly staff, and quiet rooms. But the honesty of their employees. One person in our group accidentally left his passport in the room on travel day- Yes, heading home. The staff notified someone else in our group and helped us hire a driver to bring our passport to us at LHR. It was truly amazing!! Forever great full Thank you! We will be back!

Large and spacious twin superior room and very comfortable beds. Good size bathroom and a decent shower. Very quiet (when the air con is off) and an excellent location. The welcome cookie is a nice touch. But there were a few things that were disappointing - dirty towels, no bin in the room, clogged bathroom sink, mugs that are too big to fit under the coffee machine, and the WiFi wasn’t great. It was unfortunate we were there whilst they were renovating the breakfast room so whilst the food and selection were very good, it was very chaotic and messy.

I had a lovely stay in Bath in this central pristine hotel. Staff looked after me and catered for my gluten free needs. The rooms were very comfortable.
