I stayed for one Night in room 401. The spare bedding was dirty, the drinks container had not been topped up in the room prior to our arrival, the bathroom was dirty- especially the shower. The shower gel dispenser was broken which meant that the bottle of gel had been balanced on top of the broken dispenser which went unnoticed by us until it was knocked off and landed on my partners foot. There had obviously been a leak in the bathroom previously which had led to paint damage on the skirting boards which continuously flaked paint all over the floor. The shower cubicle itself needed bleaching there was black damp spots all over and a couple of hairs of unknown origin on the tiles. I have stayed in several premier inns and have never had the need to raise a complaint beforehand.

Super location, good room, everything was great, especially thanks to the good care and friendliness of staff members Rosie and Lee. We'll certainly book again at Premier Inn for another trip.

We have stayed in Premier Inns previously, but never as bad as this one! Moved three times due to things not working. Not one of the rooms was of a good standard, mouldy bathrooms, stains in the toilets, ripped curtains and carpet stuck down with tape! Worse experience ever
