Washford Inn

Excellent Indian restaurant. The menu is nicely different so it was hard to choose. We had a takeaway. The staff were very friendly, making us laugh whilst we waited. The food was really very good - freshly cooked to order so lovely and hot, super tasty. Will definitely return when visiting next year 10/10 x

Absolute banging restaurant. The food is superb. I've travelled all over the world in my 60yrs. And the quality and flavours are up there with the best. The guys who do table service. Sorry can't remember their names. But they are a good laugh and easy to get on with and their service was very very good. Highly recommended. Also its nice to see a building being looked after after it's closure of being a pub. Situated nextdoor to GWR for train lovers. Treat yourself to a great atmosphere and setting if your in the area.

Stopping in Doniford on holiday and saw the washford inn En route to Minehead. Reviews looked good so tried it. Was not disappointed. Staff welcoming, friendly and attentive but not in your face. Interior was cleaned and smartley laid out but the star was the food. Beautifully cooked, tasting amazing and brought out at just the right temperature to fully enjoy the flavours. I'm only sorry I live 2 Hours drive away or this restaurant would be my go-to for Indian food. 10 out of 10 all round!
