Good location and the restaurants serve lovely seafood. The rooms are sub- par; we had torn towels in our room and the toilet bowl was dark brown upon check-in. The staff did attend to these problems but clearly shows the housekeeping is very poor and understaffed. The rooms are also unpleasantly warm in the summer months as there is no air conditioning and the small fan doesn’t really help. Not a hugely enjoyable stay if you are paying peak prices.

We found that Lynn front of house was exceptional with managing the allocation of our room ensuring we had the room of our choice. Thank you Lynne. All the other staff could not be more attentive and helpful. Ensuring we had a lovely stay.

Harbour lives up to its reputation Excellent friendly well trained and attentive staff especially the young people in the restaurant Both The Too Deck and the Jettu serve excellent food and cocktails Gin in room on arrival was a nice touch as was the ‘milk ice and a slice room service round’ early evening Room 217 small No air con in room or hotel No decaf tea bags in room 217 sold as estuary view with balcony Balcony very small with uncomfortable rusty old uncomfortable deck chairs or uncomfortable high bar stools and you can only see estuary if you’re stood up! If you sit on balcony you can only see concrete! All together an enjoyable visit but would request a different room if returning
