Best Western Leigh Park

Very disappointed. Our room was shoe horned into the roof space above the Vendange Suite. As a result there were two steps down immediately behind the room door and due to the sloping eaves I could only stand up at the end of the bed. In the shower the main roof support was 1 inch above my head. Questionable whether it should be used as a bedroom. When I spoke with staff their immediate response was - are you in a room with the steps down.

The cleanliness of this hotel was extremely poor. The breakfasts were expensive but again very poor. We would not visit this chain of hotels again.

Nice location, but poor service and a really dirty room.
