My second visit to Francis Hotel Spa was every bit as incredible as my first, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind. The whole team was welcoming, extremely professional and friendly. My treatment (the collagen reset by QMS) was absolutely exceptional. Georgia is an incredibly skilled therapist who immediately put me at ease. She explained every step of the treatment clearly, making me feel completely comfortable and cared for throughout. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth were outstanding. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and with beautifully glowing, firmer skin. I highly recommend Georgia as a therapist. Afterwards, I enjoyed a meal with my family at the Emberwood Restaurant, and it was the perfect end to a wonderful day. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was equally impressive— Finn, our waiter, was friendly, attentive, and efficient. My husband really enjoyed the gluten free options available on the menu too. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely delighted with my visit and would highly recommend San Francis Spa and restaurant to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. I can't wait to return for my next visit!

Fabulous spa and afternoon tea experience. The spa is beautiful, very clean and luxurious. The treatments were excellent. All of the staff went above and beyond.
