Premier Inn Taunton East

We had a very comfortable night stay at this Premier Inn. It was very busy at check in but Julie made us feel very welcome. She was very friendly and professional. A credit to the team. Would stay again

The hotel is obviously a standard Premier Inn but the friendly and helpful reception staff made it a 5 Star visit. Thank you for your kindness. We think you should be running Premier Inn with your extraordinary customer facing.

I have stayed at this hotel over 4 separate years, and it's satisfied my requirements. However, on this last occasion for my 2 day stay, I wasn't made aware that I had to register my car (the receptionist was busy on the phone). Consequently, I've received two parking fines from Horizon Parking simply because I hadn't registered my car! The parking is FREE and naturally having stayed before, I wasn't aware of the requirement I carried on as normal. I've written to Premier Inn customer support but haven't received any answer or help. I've been using Premier Inns since 2001 many times a year. In fact this year I stayed at Newhaven, Taunton and Minehead. At Minehead it was made very clear that we had to pay for parking, which I gladly did. I've now changed my aleglience to Holiday Inns and stayed there in Sept. Taunton.
