Firhill

Not much to add to from my last review seen below. Lovely welcome from Marion and great local knowledge as well. Room is spot on, as well as the price. First time we’ve been out in the town on a Saturday afternoon for a while and couldn’t believe how busy the bars were! Street parking right in front of the house. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Prestwick.

We’ve stayed a couple of times previously at the Firhill and loved it. We were B n B then but now Marion only does room only. Not a problem really as there is plenty of nice cafes nearby. Our room was spotless and had a really nice en suite bathroom. We had a very comfortable super king bed as well. The location is spot on, only a 5min walk from the train station and 10mins to get to the Main Street. Handy for flying from Prestwick Airport too. The price was very reasonable and we will certainly stay again on our next visit to Prestwick.

We stayed 2 nights. Marion was very welcoming, the room was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very good, choice of cereals, fruit and full Scottish. Close to train station for airport and Glasgow. Great stay.
