Just to say that staff, particularly Samantha/Sammy the inestimable kitchen Queen and Kelly, reception royalty were the most amazing helps this weekend. My 94 year old Mum was herself treated like royalty and our group as a whole were received with so much warmth and care and handled exquisitely. Thanks to you and to the whole staff and the cleaning staff who made extra efforts to look after my Mum over the four days we variously stayed. Many thanks you guys, you made our stay. Woo woo.

I have stayed here before, and it is always a pleasant experience. The front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect; the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, with buses to the airport, Ayr, Glasgow and other nearby places. There is a great M & S mini market where you can pick up all kinds of interesting snacks and even meals. The adjoining restaurant was not open this time, but I have had a good meal there before. Good value for money.

Arrived a little early but they managed to find us a room. Usual high quality basic room with an excellent bed. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a filling station for filling up our recharging. There is also a very well stocked M&S for snack and meals.
