Absolutely marvelous hotel. The rooms were clean, large and spacious. The bed was so soft and comfortable with high quality bed linen, a dream. Breakfast was amazing, all high quality produce and great variety and coffee. Con- car parking is pretty expensive at £15 per night. Will be back definitely

The house keeping staff obviously DON'T have a that will do attitude.The hotel was spotless,from reception to lifts and corridors to the room itself,thankyou .The restaurant food was good and the staff over all were friendly.Will be staying at another Hilton on Sunday in Malta there standards are just worth paying for.

We arrived after a lousy day at a funeral, a long drive and to cap everything we very nearly drowned in a very heavy rainstorm while walking across the car park. But within 10 seconds of entering the hotel we felt incredibly welcome when the gent checking us in offered us a towel to dry ourselves off with. A small (and unnecessary) gesture, but one which set the tone for a brief, but excellent stay. The hotel is immaculate, the room was spotlessly clean and everything worked. The air conditioning was almost silent and effective. We went down to the restaurant which has a comfort food style menu for dinner, and a comprehensive buffet for breakfast. On both occasions the staff were exceptionally friendly, as was the check out process. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in Sheffield.
