Kenwood Hall

Reasonable room. Decor is tired but the place is very clean. Breakfast very good. Check in was quite poor as our room wasnt ready and we had to wait. We got a basic apology. Staff were okay overall. We wanted to change our booking so we called the number shown on a search. We got through to someone that I found very difficult to understand. I have hearing problems. Eventually I gave up. I enjoyed walking around the gardens which are very pretty. Overall I'd say this is a good place to stay when the prices are low but I've seen some online at over £200 and its definitely not worth that much.

Discovered that they had an 'ice cream parlour' what a brilliant idea, but was very disappointed. The selection of ice creams and cones were limited and of poor quality. The staff made me feel that we were an inconvenience to them, no pleasantries. The only plus was that there was a free pool table.

Came to a wedding reception with family had a lovely time, hotel lovely grounds beautiful, and mostly the greeting we got at reception from the receptionist Nicky was amazing so sweet and profe
