Premier Inn Rotherham East (M18/M1)

I recently stayed here for three nights on a business trip. All the staff were wonderful, but I particularly wanted to single out Autumn and Katie for praise. On 28th September, the restaurant was very busy—including our large group. Autumn was on her very first shift in the kitchen (having previously worked front of house) and ended up completely on her own because the chef who was meant to be supporting her broke his leg. Naturally, food took quite a long time to arrive, and a few guests were getting understandably frustrated. Katie (FOH) and Autumn handled the pressure brilliantly. Katie’s attitude in particular was the epitome of unwavering Northern warmth. Thank you both for handling a tough situation so exceptionally well!

What a lovely little Premier In , does exactly what it says on the tin: a great night’s sleep. Plus the staff on check in are very friendly and friendly which is always a bonus, would stay here again for one night again, definitely value for money in my opinion
