So this is an "ex" Premier Inn, although you sometimes wonder as the tv is a Premier Inn tv that must be 30 years old with teletext, the curtains and bed cover are still Premier Inn! My biggest complaint ( being next to the National Arboretum = loads of uniformed people in ceremonies) is that the hotel had one iron and ironing board? I waited 3 hrs for it to become free...plus no Aircon, in general the hotel is VERY tired. On the plus points...pub next door excellent - only does Indian Food really but v.good, and staff nice.... Suggestion For 3k upgrade all rooms to new tv's ( mine didn't work) plus install air-conditioning.

Clean hotel in a quite area close to a village. The reception staff were nice and the hotel was perfect for the one night I needed.
