Borough Arms Hotel

Reviewed yesterday I called the Borough Arms Hotel to make enquiries regarding wedding packages for my daughter. I spoke to Mr Sheikh several times on the phone who spoke at length and gave me all the information I needed and offered us an appointment to view the wedding rooms already dressed for a ceremony that week. Upon arrival we were made to feel so welcome, we were put at ease, he really listened and took note of what was required on the day. He even took time to include my 4 Yr old grand daughter and gave her complementary refreshments throughout the meeting. Mr Sheikh was not pushy, did not put any pressure on us at all throughout the meeting and answered every question we asked. My daughter booked the venue before we left as we were all so impressed with the wedding package, ceremony and reception rooms and how personal and tailored the meeting was to meet her needs. Communication is excellent! I would definitely recommend contacting him if you are planning a wedding!

We held our wedding reception with this venue on the 25th July, the venue was beautiful in a prime location. The decoration for the wedding venue exceeded our expectation and nothing was ever too much. We had communication throughout the whole experience. We had family members who stayed for 2 nights which they commented and said the rooms were fabulous and very clean. Value for money was excellent and we had everything wanted within the budget set, I was noise free apart from the wedding reception and guests themselves. Everything was at hand amenity wise and staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Thankyou
