HOLIDAY INN STOKE ON TRENT M6,

Booked this last minute after the premier inn at trentham cancelled our booking on the day of our stay. The hotel is a little tired but for the price we paid, we couldn’t grumble. Ollie, who checked us in was great, very friendly and informative. We were very satisfied.

This hotel is scamming. When I went to checkin they said someoen have already checked in my room and send me away. I have reported till now the hotel didn't take any action and holding my money too. I have complained through booking.com but these people messing everyone around

A very nice and clean place. I was most impressed with all of the staff. Really friendly feel to the place.
