Premier Inn Newport/Telford

The stay was absolutely fantastic! Kelly on reception was incredibly helpful and even went above and beyond by recommending an excellent Indian restaurant.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years, this hotel has a really nice and helpful team. They now have a new breakfast area, the food was great and again the team were lovely.

I stay at Premier Inns relatively frequently. This is my first disappointment (room 9, Oct 2nd) The hallway and room was covered in cobwebs and spiders. The mirror was visibly dirty. The room was unbelievably smelly (reminded me of an old damp/dirty mop). Needless to say we didn’t sleep well because of the damp/musty smell that felt heavy on the lungs and the fear of multiple spiders crawling over us during the night. The shower barely worked. The positive was booking in staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.
