The Littleton Arms

Had a really lovely lunch here. Service was very good and attentive, food was delicious really good size portions. We had some olives and pecorino to start big bowl of those and then a main belly pork salad and chargrilled chicken salad, both again really generous with a side order of the best double cooked I've had in a pub for a long time! Felt the prices to be really reasonable particularly considering the size of the portions and we had good service from a new member of staff Devante, well done will definitely be returning

My husband and I called in for breakfast after visiting the market,we we're served by Gemma who was lovely and very attentive the breakfast was beautiful, good quality and value for money, definitely will be going back and thankyou Gemma for your service, kind regards Tracy and Dave Legg.

Booked here for a couple of nights, when we checked in there was an issue with the booking system. And credit to the lady who I think was manageress, she dealt with this very professionally. I cannot really fault the staff not least this lady who's a credit to company. We ate in the restaurant the first night and had a really nice meal. Sadly this was the high water mark, the rooms are crazily too hot, and that was in spring they would be unbearable in summer. You have to have the window open and the road outside is extremely noisy with people racing up and down all night. We got awoken at 12 both nights when it's kicking out time at the pub. The 2nd night was utter chaos, someone set off the alarm as there is no staff from the pub/hotel who stay overnight this took 2 hours to sort. Also either they or one of the guests were allowed to have to dogs who barked incessantly most of the night. Sadly based on the back of 2 terrible nights sleep I cannot recommend anyone considers this place to stay.
