Quality Hotel Stoke On Trent

Catching up with a close friend, we were doing the steam train experience at Froghall station followed by the Wedgewood experience. Decided on the Best Western as we’d stayed in the past and always had a warm welcome. Even better this time with newly refurbished rooms at a special rate of £50 a night.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, and there are some areas that are not yet complete and not started yet, with a noticeable paint odor. The room itself was refurbisht clean nacely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom could benefit from refurbishment as there were several visible "snags" that detracted from its overall appearance. The staff at the reception, bar, and restaurant were all very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, though the coffee could be improved. The restaurant is definitely in need of refurbishment. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access everything I needed. I will certainly return again.
