Suffolk Hotel And Golf Club

We visited All Saints Hotel and Resort with friends for a 1 night stay (4/7/26) whilst visiting Culford School for Proms in the Park. Didn't know the place beforehand but what a lovely surprise. Warmly greeted by Danny on reception and she was so helpful, as were the rest of the staff. I hadn't brought my clubs with me but when she knew I was a golfer she moved us all to top floor rooms with views of the golf course. Nice thought - thank you very much. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast next morning was excellent. We could have availed ourselves of use of the gym, swimming pool and spa, but unfortunately didn't have the time to do so. All this and plenty of free on site parking for less than the price of the cheapest local Premier Inns. What's not to like about this lovely place? If ever we're in the area again we'll definitely be stopping here. Thanks again 👍👏👏

We stayed here last weekend for our anniversary celebrations. We have never been here before and first impressions were lovely. Friendly welcome and all very clean and fresh. We booked one of the junior suites and it was such a lovely room. Had a lounge area and kitchen area with sink and fridge. Overlooking the golf course so lovely view. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Nice bathroom and robes too. Air conditioning was very good too once we worked out how to use it. Lovely big towels too. The cafe was a really nice area overlooking golf course and we sat in the sun and had a drink and home made cookie, had a good selection of food and adnams drinks. Pool area was very nice tho pool was very cold. Sauna and steam room are very small but still managed to use them. The heated beds are lovely and the outside hot tub and inside hot tub are nice. All clean and tidy too. Wouldn't quite call it a spa but a nice health club with some additional extras. We did have to go and get towels from reception tho which wasn't explained at check in. The restaurant was really nice too and really spacious. Lovely touch was that they brought us a glass of Prosecco as it was our anniversary which we really appreciated. The meal was really nice and thoroughly enjoyed it, good quality food and good selection on menu, cocktails were good too. Breakfast was also so good, great selection and loved that could also order something hot off menu too as well as help yourself to all continental items. Again all good quality and everything you could think of. Staff all lovely and friendly too All in all, an amazing stay and will definitely come back, such great value for money.

I booked a stay at All Saints Resort as a surprise birthday treat for my mum and her friend, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I made the booking, Lori in the reservations team was absolutely outstanding. She paid attention to every detail, ensuring my mum was allocated an excellent room and that all of her accessibility requirements were fully taken care of. What really made the stay unforgettable were the thoughtful, personal touches Lori arranged – beautiful flowers, a bowl of my mum's favourite fruit, a bottle of wine and other special extras. She was always on hand throughout the booking process, making everything effortless and reassuring. It was a genuine pleasure dealing with her, and she truly went above and beyond to make my mum's birthday weekend extra special. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, modern and had beautiful views. The bathroom was finished to a very high standard, and the whole hotel felt luxurious and well maintained. The spa facilities were lovely, especially on a cold winter's day, providing the perfect place to relax. In the evening, my mum and her friend enjoyed drinks in the bar before dining in the restaurant. While the food was perfectly pleasant and of a good standard, it didn't quite live up to the high expectations set by the rest of the hotel. The limited vegetarian and vegan options were a particular disappointment, and the menu didn't feel as refined or imaginative as you might expect from a hotel of this calibre. I think next time we book, I will go through some food options with Lori. Then I know they will be amazing! Every member of staff my mum encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful, which added to an already wonderful stay. However, it was Lori's exceptional customer service, care and attention to detail that truly made the difference. Her kindness, thoughtfulness and commitment to creating a memorable experience exceeded all expectations, and she is a real credit to All Saints Resort. Thank you for helping to create such wonderful memories. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Saints Resort and look forward to returning.
