The Three Kings - Inn

Booked through Agoda and turns out that this says permanently closed on Google. There is no contact whatsoever, so when we arrived Sunday evening, we found out we had no access to our room and had to panic book somewhere else at great expense. Currently arguing with agoda to get our money back, but this pub is saying that we could access the place and are refusing. They're shut? It's absolutely ridiculous. They've blocked leaving reviews on Google, and you can't even get onto their website.

Confirmed booking for Five family members. Lunch at 1pm. Arrived to find pub closed. No notification although booking had been confirmed. I have left voicemail of my distress ; unprofessional and outrageous. No recommendations here

Well, what can we say about this pub? We had booked a table with friends, but when we arrived at the car park, the pub was closed. We eventually found a member of the cleaning team, who told us that nobody had turned up, so they were not opening. What was most disappointing was that we received no phone call, email, or message to let us know in advance. We had made the effort to travel there expecting to enjoy a meal with friends, only to find the pub shut with no explanation. Very poor communication and a really disappointing experience.
