Travelodge Haverhill

The room was basic considering it cost around £120 for the night. We found the bathroom was not particularly clean. There was grime around the base of the shower unit and stains around toilet base and under the sink. The cooked breakfast was poor and very little choice. Definitely have no intention of returning.

I has a very pleasant stay here during the weekend of 17th - 19th July. Room was fine, everything I expected of a Travelodge. Breakfast was ok, bacon was undercooked for me, and only scrambled egg, not fried eggs, but everyone is different. Location was the killer for me, access to the village was by B roads, a draining experience and for that reason alone I would not choose this location again. The service provided was fine.

I have stayed here on a few occasions and I love it! it's a budget hotel but the service from the staff is amazing! I would love to thank Rosie who's on front of house who is the person I have interacted with most if I'm honest but also wish to thank Bernie who is such a lovely person so accommodating and helpful! the room is a bit dated but very clean and tidy,the food is good and breakfast always a high standard! thing is you know what you get when you book but it's the staff who make a hotel and please please guys give them the recognition they deserve! I stay at many Travelodges some are shall we say a bit run down but I love this one as they always go over and above! so management listen to this and thank them for me as it's hard work and they deserve praise! well done guys!
