Belstead Brook Hotel

myself and my friends went to the hotel for a meal which was poor but the staff dealt with that problem, but that is no excuse for very poor service. the waiter was not at all helpful,and the table was not cleared between courses, when the tea came it was extremely poor with cold milk being poured into a hot jug so the milk split. I have been to the restaurant previously and it was decent but not accepable on this occasion

Had a really good experience overall, stayed for 2 nights room was a bit tired and worn however what I paid for the 2 nights completely outweighed the use of the Spa and gym - lovely pool and super hot jacuzzi! Didn't use the restaurant or bar so can't comment on them but I did have a lovely back Massage in the treatment room which was also very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Love this place has everything good food and relaxing its a little dated and would benefit updating in certain areas but staff are lovely rooms are clean abd comfortable we go at least 4 x times year through winter months.
