Great location with a lovely pub opposite for a few drinks, the staff were amazing and professional when asked what was around in the local area. Lovely touch with the water bottles supplied on the check in desk given the weather and heat. Then when I returned after my day out around the area and finding things to do I couldn’t help but notice the cute lighting around the palm trees giving the place a nice atmosphere and abroad holiday vibe. Definitely would stay again

Clean, as expected for price, great location for our visit, manager handled my over stimulated child who has autism great, after a hot 4 hour drive Yvonne offered him a ice pop to cool down and took interest in his toys, cleaner was great changed our bed with no fuss after an accident happened. Restaurant ok, food could improve but no other complaints.

We had a decent stay but disappointed with room and bathroom cleanliness, found a couple of gross hairs on bedding and near sink. This hotel generally feels a bit run down inside and out, grounds need a spruce up, lots of fallen branches, debris and even rubbish outside hotel and in car park. Hotel feels a bit dusty and needing renovation in places. Lacks amenities found in most Premier Inns - drinking water in reception was empty and no glasses, spare pillows in rooms had no pillowcases. Very expensive hotel in an affluent area, would have expected much better.
