Fairmont Windsor Park

This is our 4th stay at the Fairmont Windsor Park and each time it excels even more. We enjoyed a 3 night stay along with my parents to celebrate their wedding anniversary. The hotel and grounds are absolutely gorgeous, well looked after and maintained, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It’s even more beautiful in the sun, which we were fortunate to enjoy throughout our stay. The staff here are very welcoming, friendly and always on hand to ensure everything is perfect during your stay. Both Shania and Sharmila deserve a mention, throughout our stay they were always checking in, making sure we had everything we needed and just took the time to see how we were each day. An absolute asset to the hotel! The King rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and airy. They are well looked after and maintained, and always spotlessly clean. We felt the shower lacked a little pressure during our first night but on mentioning to Shania this was soon looked at and resolved. The hotel always leaves a special treat for us it goes down so well with my husband and I, it’s the little things that really make it! My parents also got a beautiful cake and bottle of champagne to celebrate their anniversary, such a lovely surprise. We were lucky to enjoy the terrace each day / night of our stay, it’s so beautiful to sit and soak up the sun / atmosphere and the team that run the 1215 bar and terrace are exceptional! Food is great, we dined here on a few occasions. The staff however, are the stars of the show, incredibly attentive and welcoming, nothing ever feels too much! Special mention to Annabella who looked after us on our first day / night, and Sahb and Amir on our second and third nights. Honestly what genuinely lovely people who not only served with a smile and you actually felt they were happy to be in work but they also cared and wanted to get to know you. Assets to the team! We dined in the new Fairmont Brassiere which was amazing, it’s worlds apart from Morish, the decor is gorgeous, the food choice brilliant, and each dish was delicious! The staff again were fantastic! What a great addition to the hotel! The spa is always an enjoyable experience, lots to offer and always clean. Deepak is so welcoming and remembers us, always such a nice touch! My husband enjoyed his massages and always comments on the professionalism of the team. My only comment would be the jacuzzi shows signs of small wear and the shower by the jacuzzi is very out dated. Special mention to Tony and the team at the front door, always so welcoming and helpful. Tony always makes the place feel more homely, with his big smile and cheeky nature! Another absolute asset! All in all a wonderful stay, and we already cannot wait to come back.

I visited today with 2 other friends to use the spa and enjoy lunch. The hotel is so beautiful and the spa was immaculate. The outdoor hydrotherapy pool was gorgeous in the sunshine today. It felt really quiet too which was a lovely bonus. Deepak on reception was very welcoming and our waiter who's name I didn't catch was also brilliant with his recommendations. I enjoyed the club sandwich and a delicious smoothie. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day and look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel again soon.
