Hotel was clean athough very hot however a fan was provided. We were right next to reception which made it quite noisy but was other guests no fault of hotel. Rooms were nice had Everything we needed. Olivia who was on the desk was lovely and really helpful. She rushed round to do the bar and restaurant and the reception and still did with a smile on her face. She was very helpful. When there was other staff around they were also lovely.

The staff were so lovely, Annabelle served in the bar, she was very busy but made time for us as a group. Olivia was amazing, she told us the history of the building, both staff couldn’t help enough! Highly recommend
