The Lawn Guest House

The Lawn Guest House is a family-run guest house located close to Gatwick Airport and has a warm, friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It’s exactly the kind of place you need before heading off on holiday. Quasim always provides a personal meet-and-greet on arrival and makes you feel very welcome in his home. We have used The Lawn Guest House on several occasions before travelling abroad, and every stay has been excellent. The rooms have always been spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well presented, with a real home-from-home feel. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort is consistently high. Note every-time we've stayed its been quiet too, One of the biggest advantages is the secure parking facility. Quasim offers long-term parking while you're away, giving you complete peace of mind that your vehicle is safe and secure throughout your trip. If you're looking for accommodation near Gatwick that is: Friendly and welcoming Spotlessly clean Secure and safe Convenient for Gatwick Airport Reasonably priced then I would highly recommend The Lawn Guest House. We have stayed there several times and will continue to do so in the future. See you soon. and thanks again Steve & Gill ""Wirral""

What a gem of a place, needed a guest house near Gatwick for a morning flight out. The owner Quasim is a Gentleman and so easy to deal with, hotel immaculate, beds really comfy and all amenities spot on. Booked our transfer with Quasim in advance ( for a small fee ) and airport is only 5 mins away, no noise from aircraft so a lovely nights sleep. I can’t recommend this enough , if we travel out of Gatwick again this will be our number 1 stop, you will not be disappointed with this Guest house. Thanks Quasim Chris, Lorrain and Family

We arrived by train from Horley (approximately 10 minutes walk down to the guest house) the driveway is full of stones so very difficult to pull cases across. A pathway for cases is needed. Upon check in we were told that our bedroom was upstairs. My partner had to haul three cases up without any offer of help from the owner. (No downstairs room was offered when he saw our luggage). We had an extremely poor nights sleep. The beds were so hard as were the pillows. It was like sleeping on a rock. The bed for two was a small double. The bathroom was okay but down some stairs, and you can see the fittings used were relatively cheap. We have written since through the travel Company and given feedback and told by the owner that our booking was non-refundable ! The point was we had no sleep before an early flight. It’s not hard to buy medium decent quality mattresses and mattress toppers along with decent pillows for a guest house that charged us £120 for a night! We then spent another £25 on an early taxi to get to Gatwick. We won’t be returning.
