Best Western New Kent

Great little place. Superbly priced, clean, really helpful & friendly staff and a great breakfast to finish. Now my ‘go to’ for stays in the area.

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting my son at Uni. Great location for West Jesmond Metro. Lovely area, very vibrant and felt safe. My hotel room was clean and quiet. It was quite a hot room so i opened the window and that sorted the heat. Bathroom clean. Lovely reception Lady Susan was very friendly and answered lots of questions about the local area. Overall a good stay at a good price.

Absolute disgusting hotel! This dump is far from a 4 star hotel! Filthy small rooms covered in dust and mould. The staff couldn’t care less, asked for a different room and he said I’d have to cancel my booking and rebook, so basically paying twice. I left after an hour! Do not waste your time or money on this place. The fact is has “best” in its name is comical! Avoid!!
