Convenient location for Metrocentre & getting into Newcastle Tasty breakfast Clean room Friendly staff

Firstly the older woman who checked me in was rude, unpleasant and not a nice experience. Felt it was an inconvenience for her. The walls in the bedroom are paper thin. On the first night I was awake half the night as all I could hear was the loudest snoring I have ever heard in my life. On the last night it seemed there was about 10 people crammed into the next bedroom watching the football and the noise was unbearable and after speaking to them I was told to go away(being polite here). The football was going till 1 in the morning and I had a long drive home in the morning so I didn’t get much sleep Overall I will never stay here again, Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was average.

We come to Newcastle to surprise some family for both birthdays and father's day. The hotel was very welcoming. The room was lovely and spacious aswell as clean with an added bonus of spare toiletries needed if you had forgotten. WiFi available throughout so my husband was able to log on quickly for work. Breakfast was great and also an added bonus included in the price of weekend stay which I thought was great value for money
