Comfortable bed with decent air conditioning and a good breakfast. Score let down by front desk being unable to process a standard tour operator booking, meaning I had to pay for the room a second time and chase tour company for a refund (which hotel then managed to get wrong when they did process). Would not stay here again on that basis.

My sister and I very recently stayed here again. We always book this hotel when staying in Newcastle as the location is excellent - close to central station and the city centre and the riverside. The staff are excellent as are the rooms which have everything that you need and are really quiet. The breakfast is also great and everywhere in the hotel is very clean. We are looking forward to returning again.

Nice central Hotel, rooms are clean and more than adequate for a few nights stay, friendly helpful stay and a good quality breakfast. I had 13 rooms and there was no complaints.
