Malmaison Newcastle

A lovely stay, and I was very well looked after by Neil. Honey and Summer on reception provided great service, and Morgan in the restaurant made breakfast a real pleasure. They all helped make it a fantastic night away and a wonderful city break. Thank you to the whole team!

This is a well located hotel with spacious comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Staff are friendly and we were particularly blown away by Tessie, who could not do enough for us at breakfast. She was very friendly, helpful and attentive. It is not often that you come across someone with such a happy, friendly attitude, she alone is worth 5 stars.
