Premier Inn Newcastle City

We only stayed one night but this hotel proved excellent value for money. It is small and quiet with easy parking (chargeable) only a short walk to the quayside or 10 mins walk into town.Breakfast was unlimited and nicely cooked. We had a small issue with our check-in partly of our own making but Paul went above and beyond to sort everything out.All the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service so we are happy to recommend this to others.

I was staying here for one night on a business trip but i did not sleep very well at all. there were people slamming doors and running around into the early hours of the morning. on top of this it was far too hot as well and the air con wasn't very good. Staff were friendly though on check in and check out.

I really enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn New gas street. The staff were very friendly an polite, the receptionist named Von was extremely helpful when I arrived. As someone who is new to the area she advised me on places for food. The room itself was clean and tidy and would definitely return.
