Although the hotel is undergoing extensive restoration we were happy with our rooms and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Our rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very good

Nearly drove away when I saw the refurbishment skips and boards up but glad I didn’t. The first room I was put in hadn’t been made up but receptionist quickly dealt with that. The bed was comfy and everything very clean. Shower was a little small and had a high step up for me as I have hip arthritis and am a big bloke. The new carpets and decoration has improved the place. Breakfast was good though some fresh fruit would be nice. WiFi just reached my room but it was connecting to the internet. Overall though I was very happy with things especially at the price. Such a great location.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable few days at the TRH. Pleasant and receptive staff, comfortable bed, nice shower, loads of storage space, clean rooms, quiet, and nice breakfast. The Hotel's location on the seafront enables nice long walks along both ends it and into the town.
