Overnight stay Saturday 1 August Arrived mid afternoon and were greeted by an extremely friendly and welcoming receptionist. Check in was quick and efficient, found our room without a problem We were fortunate enough to have been allocated one the Privilege Suites on the 2nd floor. A large picture window overlooked the golf course. Bathroom excellent, furnishings bright and comfortable. Probably the best night’s sleep I’ve had in an hotel for a long, long time. Didn’t get chance to sample the swimming pool, but the robes and swimming towels were a nice touch. The gym facilities looked pretty slick, but not for us! As we’d already had a large lunch prior to arrival, we opted to pop into the Carter & Fitch Bar for a couple of drinks and to share a Pizza and fries. The place was very, very busy, bustling with a mixed crowd of couples, families and same sex groups of friends. Nevertheless, the bar service was quick, efficient and very professional. The meal we shared was really good, just fitted the brief, although the rest of the menu looked pretty good as well. Breakfast next morning in The Orangerie was pretty standard hotel fayre, all the usual components. The plates, which were a tad small in my opinion, should’ve been hot, but it didn’t spoil the overall experience. Fast checkout was a boon Overall a great night’s stay, highly recommended

WOW where do we start Booked our wedding at this venue over a year ago and the day finally arrived on 1st August Our wedding coordinator Victoria was outstanding with nothing too much trouble and believe me we were quite demanding!!😂 Same applies to Clare from we fancy the north decor…… again we were very particular in terms of our colour schemes flowers etc and she did an amazing job exceeding our expectations On the day of the wedding Gabby totally blew us away with her organisation of the event nothing was to much trouble and she ensured everything went exactly to plan The bridal and honeymoon suites were fantastic very spacious Thank you soo much for making our special day so enjoyable Kraig & Catherine
