Some rude staff. The hotel is a standard premier inn with free parking. What lets this hotel down is that some of the staff are rude and need customer services training.

Stayed here for 2 nights . Allocated room on 4th floor. When entering room noticed the room hadn't been serviced. Bed unmade, loo paper on bathroom floor . Quickly returned to reception. Spoke to a chap who booked us in . Told him about room . Repeatedly said he couldn't believe this . So when I said I would pop up and take pics . Then he said . He believed me . No apologies. Allocated another room . Which was fine . Restaurant staff were friendly and food was ok . Nothing special . Not a good start . Think the chap on reception ..was a disappointment. Not very professional.

Visit just for breakfast: breakfast like rubber especially the scrambled egg , most of the items cold and appeared to have been sitting there a while , many items had not been replenished when empty , used to go here a lot for breakfast but has gone down hill in last 12 months don’t think we will go back anytime soon . Not worth the money they charge for breakfast .
