Rooms Inn

Awful experience. Small shabby 'double' room. Appalling customer services. Was awoken by another residents alarm at 6.00am which continued to ring for 2 hours! Staff did nothing despite numerous attempts for help. Management have also failed to get back to me re my complaint. Avoid this hell hole if you can.

The location was convenient, with transport links nearby and only around a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean and generally as expected; however, the sofa bed was old, worn, and in need of replacement. There were also no water cups provided in the room. Unfortunately, the service from the reception staff significantly impacted the overall experience. The member of staff I dealt with was extremely rude, abrupt, and unprofessional. I felt that I was treated more like a suspect than a paying guest. Their communication style was confrontational and at times came across as threatening. Additionally, they frequently interrupted and talked over guests, making it difficult to raise concerns or ask questions. Customer service appeared to be lacking, and there was little effort made to treat guests with courtesy or respect. While the room itself was acceptable, the poor attitude and behaviour of the reception staff meant that the hotel did not offer good value for money. I would strongly recommend that management provide additional customer service training to reception staff to improve how they communicate with and assist guests. Night reception staff had threatened to call the police but he kicked me out the hotel no phone , wallet, clothes ect.

very basic room with only 1 bedside table. room phone didn't work. black mould around shower, extractor fan didn't work. walls were paper-thin on a positive, the staff were pleasant
