Wedding guests shouting outside until 2.45am along with noise from taxis and slamming car doors when collecting. A quiet room had been requested but not allocated. A water pipe airlock caused loud rumbling/vibrations and screech in the wall, each time the toilet was used in the room next door. Sadly the sleepless night spoilt what fundamentally is a clean and comfortable hotel, with a good breakfast.

This is the third time staying here whilst visiting family. We stayed in a Club room on a dinner (£s towards food & drink), B&B basis with WiFi, parking gym and pool access. Super comfy bed. Lovely clean and crisp bedding. Shower was easy to use and the water was hot. We had food in the grill. Friday night fish and chips for 2 with a bottle of house wine for £30. Couldn’t fault the food! Breakfast was really good too. Great selection to choose from. Fruit. Cereals. Pastries. Yoghurts. Full English. And all the staff were good too!

Lovely place. The staff were lovely and friendly. It was easy to find, which is a bonus! Room was lovely and clean. It wasn’t noisy either (bonus!) I do have a shout out to Kath, fab lady in the restaurant at breakfast times. She made both my days with her friendliness, and smiles. I’m gonna miss her!
