Waterside Hotel

Stayed here 1 of 3 nights Was asked to leave after 1st night !!!!!! as the hotel went into Adiministration they Said ?? THEY TOLD ME BOOKING.com knew this was happening yet they still took FULL PAYMENT !!!!!!! Yes booking.com KNEW abt this and failed to contact me...... Beggars Belief really ????? Tried contacting Booking.com numerous times and they have failed to get back to me even though their policy is to reply within 48 hours So never will I or anyone who reads this hopefully use Pathetic booking.com ever again !!!!!!!!!

Absolutely furious. Arrived to find hotel closed with notice on door. Booked 6 months in advance. Left without accommodation and then out of pocket having to pay for alternative accommodation at short notice. Totally ruined my visit to Newcastle. Appalling customer service.

AVOID!!! They debited my account for a stay in September and then cancelled my booking spontaneously without my consent! They're not picking up the phone after a few days trying to get hold of them. Will write to them and go through booking.com complaints....
