BEST WESTERN PLUS MALDRON HOTE

Can't fault anything, absolutely loved this hitel. Friendly helpful staff, amazing location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast exceptional! (and we've tried a lot) Can't wait to return, we've found our favourite hotel in Cardiff.

Well located hotel minutes away from the Cardiff centre, so great if you're planning to go out. Public parking 5 minutes walk away. Close to the train station too. Super helpful staff. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Really nice breakfast. Overall ok value for money. Good restaurants in the building too. Lost one star for cleanliness as it needs a bit of improvement.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is amazing for night life, the castle is a short 10 minute walk, room was lovely for 3 girlfriends away for 2 nights for my birthday (a beautiful handwritten note left with chocolates left for me to), super clean, we had a bath with an overhead shower which was a lovely surprise. Ice machines on most if not all floors. The breakfast was delicious. Pls to find this hotel for the price we paid. Well value for money is brilliant. The staff really can not do enough for you. A huge shout out to Josh on reception. He on check in became a super addition and knew exactly how to talk to customers at all levels. Thank you for a wonderful time. Definitely be back. Its rare to find a hotel you would 100% return to, but we are already trying to make dates again work for another visit.
