Cardiff Marriott

The hotel is situated in a really bad location, where you are directed to get to the hotel via bus lanes, for which you will be charged. We understand this is Cardiff Council, and the hotel is not at fault; however, the hotel does not warn you of this before you arrive. Having read the reviews after we were fined several times, I only wish I had read them sooner. The hotel does nothing to help, other than say it's not their fault. Any decent hotel will ensure all their guests are aware of this issue, considering it affects so many people. I will not be returning.

Brilliant stay, staff were v helpful including Miguel Maramba (not sure about spelling) Jordan Nicholson and Mr Hagon on front of house duties. We have 4 rooms and the only glitch was the aircon in one of them which was quickly resolved with a room change. Great location and car park

Great location, close to many shops, restaurants and bars. Rooms are decent for children. It was decorated very well for Christmas time. Good value as well. I'm sure we'll be back
