Mercure Cardiff Centre Hotel

Stayed here for the fiji vs wales game. Toilet had a screaming match every time it was flushed. AIR CON didn't work in our room, the sink in the bathroom was constantly full and needs a plumber. The kettle in the room had wires loose and didn't work. We are not gonna stay here again. For the price we paid, it seemed overpriced. The pool is the only thing we can say that's great about this hotel. Location was weird as the main entrance was facing the parking lot instead of the main street leading to the centre. Sorry but not gonna stay here again.

Incredible experience! Anthony behind the bar was incredibly insightful and such a joy to talk to! Very friendly and welcoming, he is a true asset to the company!

A lovely place to stay. Good atmosphere. Tidy decor. Good facilities. Particularly enjoyed the custom shed and our brilliant service from Anthony.
