Miskin Manor Hotel & Health Club

THIS PLACE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED and I’m only writing the review as I would have arrived to a shock if I hadn’t called in advance. Why on earth the new owners haven’t put something on a website is beyond me. I made a reservation in October 2024 for July 2025 and called the week beforehand to check everything was in order. Glad I did… I was told the hotel had gone into receivership and the new owners bought it November 2024, but no one told those who had made reservations. Fortunately I managed to get alternative accommodation but it has cost me three times the rate I would have paid for this place at such short notice :-(

Went for a look at the hotel as New owners and I was mesmerised by the change already doors are not even open the front door sandblasted to a high standard. It looks like an elegant Victorian hotel reborn how beautiful the owners were they and the staff gave us a lovely welcome. They showed us Some parts of the new development. I will certainly be stopping by this place for second time when the doors are open . As I was coming out. I could see Brides pulling up because they obviously heard the same thing as me. This now has new owners all the very best. ! To you all this summer 2025

Went for a look at the venue today heard it has new owner ship what lovely pleasant owners even grafting hard working themselves, the grounds were cleaned up so lovely the place had the warm spring feeling about it. Would recommend you all keeping a eye on this venue over next few months its going to get back to how it was i could see it, The front of the hotel was sandblasted and builders were working hard everywhere. It really was a real pleasure to check it out and be greeted by the agents for the hotel who explained lots to us and absolutely took time with all our questions . What a beautiful hidden gem amidst the welsh countryside.Junc 34 off M4
