Great room comfy bed and quiet night...Room was spacious and car parking is included which is a major boon. There is a restaurant next door or you can order in

On the outskirts of Cardiff, but 15 walk to the centre. Plenty of parking. We booked when it came with an eat all you can breakfast. Id had no communication to say otherwise. It had an adjoining restaurant so we enquired what time was breakfast to be told up to 10am. On arriving at Ocean View the next morning for breakfast, we were asked to pay. Returned to the hotel to be told we had been refunded for breakfast that very morning again with no communication. We walked into Cardiff and had the loveliest of breakfasts albeit expensive. We couldn't fault the staff in the Premier inn, they were fabulous and handled our grievance well offering a voucher for a free breakfast on another booking. The hotel itself was quiet and we had the best night's sleep.

Conveniently situated near the city centre with free parking for guests. Hotel was busy but quiet during my stay. Rooms are a good size and it felt like it had undergone a recent 'refresh'.
