Lovely location and easy to get to off the M4. Room was generous and beds comfortable. Ideal break away for couples. Granted a little pricey but worth it. Only slight criticism is the spa area can be loud as it’s a family hotel too-so not as romantic. Staff friendly and helpful. Would be back and especially enjoyed the restaurant Roots down the road.

Beautiful hotel which is exceptional well organised and maintained.we had a spa break with dinner. The spa team were superb and understood a deaf person's needs. Wow the spa lunch I would have happily had as a main meal. A great way to start the experience. A highlight of the hotel are it's staff. Every member of staff from reception to cleaners were friendly yet professional. Well done to the people in charge. Evening meal was a memorable experience, shout out to Tom. Whilst it is a vibrant place we would have liked something a bit more intimate. I found it a bit overwhelming at times but that is me. We would return but in the winter.

Twenty two of us travelled from Devon for a two day golf break at the Vale. We had a very enjoyable stay and the golf was both fun and challenging. The accommodation was first class as was the food in the hotel. The staff were all friendly and attentive.
