Disgusting customer service.
Having stayed at this hotel many times on business, as usual my stay was pre paid on my credit card. This stay was pre-authorised as a 4 night stay. On the second day I informed the hotel that the final day was no longer required.
I was told this was fine and the booking was amended.
On checkout I received an invoice showing that the final days payment would be refunded. However this refund has never been paid.
I have made contact several times with the hotel who refuse to pay the refund, their reason being that their own staff failed to amend the booking correctly. (Not sure how that is my fault)
The Issue has now be escalated to my bank to retrieve the funds that way.
