Hilton Warwick

This hotel is awful and the facilities are below par. The rooms are inadequate and the chain is providing services that are questionable.

My reservation was cancelled without warning due to the hotel closing until 2025 to take government asylum seekers contract 3 weeks on I am still waiting to be reimbursed after being told payment would be a maximum 10 working days to be in my bank Overall totally disappointed and dissatisfied

My booking for 3 nights was cancelled with less than 24hours notice. Apparently the hotel is contacted to the government until March ‘25. To add to the issue when calling the Marriott helpline they weren’t able to help or offer even Bonvoy points as an apology for a very last minute cancellation. So disruptive & difficult as a loyal Marriott customer who has spent over 100 nights in this brand’s hotels in a single year.
