Thomas James Hotel

Excellent value hotel. Relaxed vibe, helpful & friendly staff, lovely English breakfast, clean room & bathroom. Can't fault it for the price. Great location too - easy walking distance to both the railway station and the town centre.

Having read, previous reviews was not expecting much, it was pretty good. We had a funeral to attend, and were allowed to occupy room early, were given bottles of cold water. Staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Room was basic, very clean, and for the price ideal. We were on the first floor, stairs can be a problem if have mobility issues. We were fine. Added bonus breakfast really good Bar also looked good, we were late back, so never used. Did not encounter any noise. Had a lovely conversation with gentleman, at breakfast time also staying at hotel. waitress serving breakfast so friendly. We love leamington spa, and the Art and craft festival was on, a bonus

Nice and friendly hotel . Basic but certainly comfortable and brilliant location. Patrick looked after us and made to feel really welcome. A little hot as 35 degrees that night but given a free bottle of water on arrival . Would definitely stay again.
