TA proved helpful as usual in finding a good place to stay. First of all, plenty of parking followed by friendly welcome. Our room was on first floor towards rear of building so nice and quiet. Not a large double room but we did book at short notice and room rate very reasonable. All clean and tidy with en suite shower and plenty of coat hangers and general storage. Had a peek at larger rooms at back which were excellent size. Breakfast was generous with very efficient and friendly service. Location worked very well for us. Lovely large park nearby and gentle stroll into town centre. Rail station short walk away and we had day trip by 15 minute train to Coventry . Can happily tecommend

September 2026 First time we have stayed here & wont be our last. Just wanted to say what a lovely friendly place to stay. Clean rooms, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on. We had an attic room which was quiet & had aircon with a lovely view of their garden We were also able to keep an eye on our car, which was nicely tucked away from prying eyes, plenty of parking around the front as well, although it is first come first served. Our breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice we opted for full english which didnt disappoint proper quality sausage & bacon along with branded sauces. Staff were helpful & friendly, special shout out to Wanda who was so lovely & nothing was too much trouble. Victoria Lodge Park is ideally located for a short stroll into Leamington Spa. Definitely felt that the property was value for money, so much so we have booked again already.

We stayed in the Avenue Road apartment for the duration of the National Bowls Finals. The facilities were excellent and there was plenty of space to relax. It was useful to have a car parking space although there is parking on the road. An excellent breakfast was provided at Victoria Park Lodge where the management and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is just a short walk into the town or just a short drive to large supermarkets.
