Best Western Salford Hall

Attended a summer social. Lovely historic building and beautiful grounds, barbecue and hog roast were great but what made the experience so good was the staff, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble, special mention must go to Lizzie and Morgan - thank you for a great day

The main building looks stunning, however the annexe is a little lack lustre and nothing special. Breakfast was chaotic. No tables available. No cutlery, no milk. Basic breakfast included in the price we paid. Just cereal, toast/fruit. If you’re going for the sales pitch do your homework beforehand. Very limited European properties in pretty remote locations. Just not our cup of tea but we all have varying needs

Attended a wedding , which couldnt have been more wonderful , beautifully organised , exquisite food. However, the hotel itself Claims to be mobility impaired accessible ...it is, if you want to struggle a wheelchair over uneven terrain . I was placed in the Henry VII room Unbelievably uncomfortable , not one singular comfortable chair but rather a single wooden chair , wallpaper peeling off the walls , the bed so lumpy impossible to get comfortable ...no walk in shower , just one over a bath...Mobility issues ?...forget this place.
