The warm welcome, comfort and cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional. All of the staff went above and beyond, especially to assist my elderly mother who was staying to attend a funeral nearby. They were wonderful with her. I have never stayed in a Premier Inn previously and can’t believe how great our stay was and will have no hesitation in staying again. The hotel is quiet, it’s easy to park and the rooms are comfortable with more than ample tea, coffee, towels etc. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen felt fresh and possibly new. Breakfast was excellent, with a continental style buffet and all hot food cooked to order.

We were attending a show at the NEC, so the location was good, about 10minutes away by car ( not allowing for the M42 being closed). The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was nice and clean (unlike our holiday caravan :( ). The bed was quite high, but very comfortable. The food at breakfast was cooked well and tasty with plenty of options. This one was slightly different to other Premier Inn's we have been to, in that the hot food was not 'buffet style', but cooked to order. I suppose to save wastage, which makes sense, as I hate wasting food myself. All in all, a lovely hotel with friendly staff and good service. Having a fuel garage opposite is handy too. If we visit the NEC again for a late show, we will definitely come again.
