Crowne Plaza Birmingham N.E.C. Hotel

This hotel is in a good location, just off the M42 and close to Birmingham airport. Room was clean, tidy and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the snacks and bottled water were welcome after a long journey. Plenty of car parking spaces. Would certainly stay again.

Stayed here one night as we were attending a concert at the BP Pulse Arena which is literally just across the road - certainly can't beat the location! We were surprised just how nice the area around the hotel is; lots of greenery and a lovely lake! The hotel entrance area is bright, very modern and looks lovely; the rooms are slightly more dated!! That said we were happy with our room - we were upgraded to a suite which was huge! It was very clean and although the furniture was tired, it was comfortable and lovely to have so much space. Breakfast the next day was really good too lots of choice and all very nice. Would definitely stay again if attending an event nearby.

Fantastic location, however I left my iPhone plug and charger plugged in the wall. Called in 5 days later to collect it. The receptionist rang house keeping who said they didn’t have it. The receptionist suggested the next customer may have taken It. I asked if the room was cleaned before they arrived? Of course it had been. The plug and lead were white & all the decor brown, you couldn’t miss it!
